The Foundation

5 Steps to Rehumanization

The inner architecture of the Way of Remembering — the path each module is built upon.

1. Recognition

Naming the truth of what was taken, what was severed, and what remains.

2. Repentance

Turning inward — accountability, grief, and the courage to face our story.

3. Reparation

Repairing what was broken through restitution, restoration, and right action.

4. Reconciliation

Mending relationships — with self, ancestors, community, and land.

5. Rehumanization

Reclaiming our full humanity and walking forward whole.
