Executive Summary

A movement, not just a program

This report outlines a comprehensive strategy to scale the Prometra Way of Remembering (WOR) Pilgrimage to 1 million youth pilgrims and 10,000 youth returns through our $10M fundraising goal. The plan focuses on four core pillars: fundraising, university partnerships, recruitment, and brand development.

This plan positions WOR as a globally inclusive, culturally grounded experiential learning program rooted in the West African origins of Universal Spirituality to heal our Collective Trauma. Key initiatives include enhanced curriculum and brand development, university partnerships for academic credit pathways, a campus ambassador program, merchandising and storytelling infrastructure, and a structured recruitment funnel supported by a CRM and email/social platform.
