This policy explains what Prometra USA / METO Movement collects through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit through our forms — such as name, email address, phone number, location, and the responses you provide on registration, scholarship, ambassador, guardian, donation and curriculum forms. We use it to review applications, coordinate programs, and communicate with you.

How we use it

Information is used for program administration, participant communications, scholarship review, travel coordination and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers (for example hosting, database, email, messaging and payment platforms) that process data on our behalf in order to deliver these communications and services.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

  • Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used for program communications and marketing only as you have consented, and are stored with the record of the form you submitted, including the date and page of consent.
  • SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
  • Messaging service providers may process your number solely to deliver our communications on our behalf.
  • Email consent and SMS consent are handled separately; opting into one does not opt you into the other.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. We may still contact you about essential operational or transactional matters related to a program you have registered for.

Data retention and security

We keep participant information for as long as needed to administer our programs and meet recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
